These terms govern your purchase and use of QuoteKits digital products and this website.
Using QuoteKits
You must use QuoteKits lawfully and may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the products to mislead customers.
Digital-product license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased QuoteKit for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy for competing products, or make the source files publicly available.
Your pricing decisions
QuoteKits provides calculators, suggestions, and document-building tools. You remain responsible for inspecting each job, choosing final prices, checking taxes and fees, reviewing customer communications, and complying with laws that apply to your business.
Payments and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access instructions are provided after a successful purchase using the delivery method shown at checkout.
No professional advice
QuoteKits is not accounting, tax, legal, insurance, or financial advice. The tools do not guarantee profit, customer acceptance, accuracy for every job, or any particular business result.
Availability and liability
The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteKits is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the products or business change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
